Welcome to ShopCartsLive! These Terms of Use (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you (“You”, “Your”, or “User”) and ShopCartsLive (“We”, “Us”, or “Our”). By accessing or using the ShopCartsLive platform — including our website, QR codes, CartPing alerts, or any other services — You agree to be bound by these Terms.

If You do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Platform Overview

ShopCartsLive is a connection tool, not a transaction platform. We help buyers discover sellers — especially those selling through social platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook — and enable sellers to broadcast availability through features like CartPing alerts and QR codes.

We do not process payments, collect commissions on sales, or interfere with the buying/selling process. All transactions take place directly between users on their preferred social platforms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use ShopCartsLive. You are responsible for ensuring that Your use of the platform complies with applicable laws and regulations.

3. Account Registration

You may be required to register for an account or claim a QR code to access certain features. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, up-to-date information
• Keep your login credentials secure
• Be responsible for all activity under your account

You must not impersonate others or misrepresent Your identity or products.

4. Seller Responsibilities

If You use ShopCartsLive as a seller:

• You agree that any product information, images, links, and live alerts You post are truthful and comply with applicable laws.
• You understand that CartPing alerts and QR codes do not guarantee traffic or sales — they are tools to amplify visibility.
• You are solely responsible for managing, delivering, and refunding any products You sell outside our platform.

5. Trial and Subscription Terms

If You access ShopCartsLive using a free QR code trial, the following applies:

• No payment info is required for the initial download
• The free trial lasts 30 days from download
• After the trial, Your code will expire unless You opt in to a paid plan
• If You choose to continue, You must enter Your billing info and agree to recurring payments

Notifications will be sent 7, 3, and 1 day(s) before Your trial ends.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use ShopCartsLive to spam, harass, defraud, or mislead others
• Post or link to illegal, infringing, or offensive content
• Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt our platform
• Use automated bots without our written permission

Violations may result in suspension or removal from the platform.

7. Intellectual Property

All content and technology on ShopCartsLive (excluding user content) is owned by Us or licensed to Us. You may not copy, modify, or distribute Our materials without permission.

The “CartPing” name, icons, and QR system are proprietary and may not be used outside the platform without express consent.

8. Disclaimers

• We do not endorse or verify any products or sellers. Use your own discretion when interacting with users discovered through ShopCartsLive.
• We are not responsible for any issues arising from third-party platforms (e.g., TikTok or Instagram) or payment processors used by sellers.
• Our services are provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ShopCartsLive shall not be liable for:

• Losses or damages from use or inability to use the platform
• Actions or content of other users or third-party sellers
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Your sole remedy is to discontinue use of our services.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein.
